Vdb8 Terms & Conditions — Before Using the Platform
What You Need to Know

By accessing vdb8 (https://vdb8.vu), registering an account, or using any game or service, you are considered to have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between vdb8 and you. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform.

Vdb8 operates under an international gaming license. It is each user's responsibility to comply with the laws and regulations applicable to their use of our platform.

The following conditions must be met to create an account and play on vdb8:

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must register using your own accurate and truthful information.
• Online gaming must be legal in your area of residence.
• You are of sound mind and are using the platform of your own free will.
• You have never been banned from vdb8 before.

The information you provide at registration — name, date of birth, email, and phone number — must be accurate. Registering with false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any funds.

Each user is allowed to register only one account. If multiple accounts are created by the same person or members of the same household, all accounts will be closed and any remaining balance will be forfeited.

You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Accounts must not be shared with others. If you suspect your account has been hacked or accessed without authorization, contact our support team immediately.

• Keep your password strong and unique.
• Never share your login credentials with anyone.
• Avoid logging in over public Wi-Fi.
• Always log out after using your account.

Vdb8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without cause, particularly in cases of terms violations.

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on vdb8:

• Mobile banking, e-wallets, and bank transfers are accepted for deposits.
• Only use payment methods registered in your own name — using someone else's account is strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies — see the cashier page for details.

To prevent money laundering, vdb8 complies with international AML policies. Suspicious transactions may trigger a verification process, and withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold.

Vdb8 offers a range of bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with its own terms that must be followed.

• Each bonus may only be claimed once, unless stated otherwise.
• Each bonus has a specific wagering requirement.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements have been met.
• Expired bonuses are automatically cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless a specific offer states otherwise.

All games on vdb8 are powered by third-party audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Every game outcome is entirely random and not predetermined.

• If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, the relevant round will be voided and funds returned.
• If a game is interrupted due to a lost internet connection, the system will automatically resume from where it left off.
• Using third-party software or bots to play games is strictly prohibited.
• Winnings may be forfeited if game rules are violated.

For Sports Betting, if an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded. Placing bets using match-fixing schemes or insider information is considered illegal.

Vdb8 places responsible gaming at the top of its priorities. We want every user to enjoy gaming as entertainment, not as a problem.

• You can set a deposit limit at any time.
• You can set session time limits.
• You can self-exclude temporarily for 7 days, 30 days, or 6 months.
• You can request permanent account closure.

If you notice any signs of gaming addiction, contact our support team. We are ready to provide the help you need.

Vdb8 takes your personal information seriously. We collect your data solely to provide services, verify your identity, and meet legal obligations.

• Your information is never sold to third parties.
• User information may be disclosed to authorities only when required by law.
• You have the right to request access to and correction of your personal data.
• Even after an account is closed, data may be retained for a defined period as required by law.
